Practice today will be: Silvers talk & Dive sheets fill in followed by dry land. 

** Divers not going to Silvers/champs can come at 9:30 for dryland, if they'd like.

It’s meet day!

Anyone that ordered a suit, we will have them at the meet tonight! Find Dan or Ash, we will get them to you! If you don’t have a suit or didn’t order one please wear a solid color suit!

Our first meet is on Tuesday! If you haven't already, make sure you confirm attendance for all meets/events on Swimtopia!

Dive 9-10am 12yr and under 10-11am 13yr+ 11-11:30am extra work as needed *times may be adjusted as needed.

Swim 8:30-10am 13yr+ 9-10am 11/12yr 10-11am 9/10yr 11-11:30am 8yr and under

Parents please prepare your swimmers and yourselves to be in the sun for several hours. Sunscreen, hats, water bottles, sunglasses, and smiling faces!! C u soon
