Kate McPhillips Head Coach

Hi! My name is Kate McPhillips and I started swimming competitively when I was 8 for Emmaus Aquatic Club. I continued my swimming career until my senior year of high school. In the summers, I spent my time lifeguarding at EMAC. Post high school, I attended East Stroudsburg University for my undergraduate and Indiana University of Pennsylvania for my graduate degree. During the off season, you can find me teaching my students health and physical education at Reading High School. Although it has been a few years since I’ve dipped my toe in the pool, I am super excited to join the team!

Morgan Gould Assistant Coach

Hi! My name is Morgan Gould and I started swimming competitively at Lehigh Country Club when I was 5 years old. While I’m no longer able to compete in the ABE league, I’m beyond excited to return for another summer with the Alburtis Sharks! I’m drawn to this team because of so many similarities I’ve experienced in my time growing up within the same league that I started my own career from. I was also a swimmer for Emmaus High School and my current path is exploring the ancillaries within Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Valley Partners, along with Associated Abstract Services. In addition to swimming, I’ve also lifeguarded and managed Emmaus Aquatic Club for five years. I can’t wait for an another incredible season with you all! Let’s go Sharks!!!!!
