Dear Swim Team Families,

As we gear up for the start of our swim season, I wanted to share a few important reminders:

• Alburtis Community Pool Season Pass: All swimmers must have a season pass to participate in practices and swim meets. You can sign up for a season pass aacconline.org - Pool Passes 2025
  Please be sure to secure your pool pass before the first practice. Note: If you purchase your pass after Monday, May 26, please bring a copy of your receipt to practice on Tuesday, May 27.
• After-School Swim Practices Begin Tuesday, May 27:
• Practices will run from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM. Please remember to send your swimmer with socks and sneakers in case we need to do dry land exercises due to cold weather.
• Please note that after school practice times may change. After-school practice times are subject to change depending on coach availability, weather, and the number of swimmers attending. We appreciate your flexibility and understanding.
• After-School Diving Practice Starts Wednesday, May 28:
• If your child is a diver only, there is no need to attend swim practice on May 27. Diving practice will begin the following day.
• As a reminder, if you plan on diving, please complete this form: Sharks Diving 25: Diver Survey
• Swim Suits: We will have a suit kit available at practices for you to determine sizing and needs for your order. As a reminder, all swimmers must have a team suit.
• Attendance Expectations: While we encourage swimmers to attend after school practices, we understand that many families have other end-of-year commitments such as school events, sports, and recitals. Participation in these early practices is helpful, but not required.
• Swimtopia App: All team communications will be sent through the Swimtopia app. Please be sure to download the app to stay up to date on announcements, schedule changes, and important reminders.
• Parent Meeting – June 1 at 4:30 PM: Please plan to attend our parent meeting at the pool. We’ll review important season information, meet schedules, volunteer needs, and answer any questions you may have.
• Regular Season Practices for Swim and Dive Begin June 11:
• We’ll share additional information on group start and end times closer to that date.
